Light-Stone adopts the production technologies of dry powder preparation, dry material distribution and high-temperature crystallization & foaming. It is an innovative interdisciplinary product integrating multiple disciplines and manufacturing processes, including glass smelting, ceramic sintering, stone cutting and polishing, micropowder proportioning, high-temperature foaming and crystallization.

According to the production process of Light-Stone, the production plant is divided into four major workshops: Raw Material Workshop, Crystallization Workshop, Cold Processing Workshop and Integration Workshop. Raw Material Workshop and Crystallization Workshop are the core links of the whole production process, while Integration Workshop serves as the core process for the application of Light-Stone materials.
