The 3^rd Generation Basic Series (B-Series) Glass Tempering Furnace

Following A-Series tempering furnace’s gapless convection technology, B-series furnace also combine the advantages of accurate heating control lengthwise and even glass stress due to convection crosswise regulation, which ensure better quality to the tempered glass product. The 2^nd heating temperature control system self-developed by NorthGlass includes the new functions of limiting instantaneous and average current values, which make the heating current smooth and the reaction speed fast, plus stronger anti-interference ability and more accurate and stable heating temperature control. The temperature signal acquisition by acquisiting module ensures strong anti-interference ability. Staggered arrangement of each 4-rows blowing nozzles with evener and closer air nozzles result in lighter & evener glass anisotropy defect. The quenching walls’ frame-type structure allows an easy re-alignment against the deformation of quenching walls after long-term use. The cooling air channels bring better cooling efficiency to heating cabinets, result in stable working and long life time of electrical components. The New EMC design gives better electromagnetic interference performance to the control system and make its running more stable & reliable.
