Production Line for Sinest Board

The Sinest production line is the entire production line from raw materials → silicon nest plate forming → silicon nest plate processing → unit curtain wall components. It is Designed and developed by Northglass Sinest according to the process technology of Sinest board and Sinest unit curtain wall. Its design principle is high efficiency, high quality, energy saving and environmental protection. The process layout of every one machining link is designed by Sinest based on the specific product types, to ensure the highest product quality and the most succinct production process. Among them, the high-efficiency new energy roller furnace and its operation center are created by Sinest. The high-efficiency new energy roller furnace is the forming process equipment of Sinest board. Automating operations center includes the sort out of mold and arranged of raw material before entering the furnace, automatic unloading and cleaning after the plate is released, and other auxiliary equipment.

Sinest material is a new type of energy-saving insulation material that has appeared in recent years. At present, there is no production equipment for such materials in foreign countries. In China, only a small number of equipment manufacturers can produce Sinest board production lines, and basically use traditional gas tunnel kiln production. A large amount of gas post-treatment and emission problems while high energy consumption. Especially in the current situation of increasingly strict energy conservation and environmental protection requirements, it is an insurmountable obstacle.

In this case, in order to solve problems such as high energy consumption and pollutant emissions, Sinest pioneered a multi-layer electric heating roller crystallization line. After the raw material is automatically spread in the crucible on the conveying roller by the multi-layer automatic distributing machine, automatically arranged and placed, then enter the multi-layer electric heating roller crystallization line. According to the process different products requirements, the crystallization molding line can be set in advance in the process curve. In the continuous operation process, the raw materials in the crucible gradually complete the processes of heating, crystallization, forming, cooling, etc. Complete the entire process of Sinest production and automatically transfer to the next section. The crystal forming line has the advantages of compact structure, reliable transmission, stable operation, energy saving and environmental protection, rapid temperature rise, precise temperature control, simple operation and easy adjustment. Compared with gas heating, the products produced are more uniform in foaming and better in overall performance.

The intelligent automated production line can transport, dispatch, disassemble, spread paper, distribute raw materials and other automated operations to the mold-containing products produced from crystallization equipment. The recombination mold can re-enter the crystallization equipment. Achieve continuous and efficient cycle manufacturing.

Automatic crystallizing system control system up to several hundred meters. Therefore, distributed network architecture is adopted. Each substation is connected via a real-time Ethernet bus. System control software is programmed with PAC software technology. It includes the following aspects: man-machine interface of the control system, dual servo synchronous motion control program, combustion temperature control system, etc. It combines DCS system with PLC control and multi-axis motion control, and integrates them organically.

From the dynamic characteristics of the control object, Crystallizing furnace is a thermally equipment with time-varying, large lag, and multiple disturbances. There are multiple levels of cross-cooperation between each adjustment parameter and the adjusted parameter. So the PID parameter tuning is very complicated. Material conveying motion control system contains distributed servo drive and variable frequency drive. Based on distributed intelligent design, the drive system itself has powerful processing capabilities. Thanks to Ethernet POWERLINK real-time Ethernet technology, high-precision, high-speed multi-axis synchronous synchronization technology is realized. Because of the multi-car cooperative operation and safety control robots coordinate the operation mechanism, and powerful exception handling capabilities, the rigor and reliability of the system is guaranteed.
