Light steel keel and Sinest board combine into a structural bearing unit of the Sinest unit curtain wall. Then combine into the overall wall panels through the combination beams. It-self can be met the vertical and horizontal force requirements of the building. Each unit body includes only steel and silicon nest two kinds of main materials. Have a heavy sense as traditional wall. But the actual weight is only about 1/4 of the prefabricated concrete component. The main building frame bear the main force and lifting function as part of the module.

Through modular design, the Sinest-steel plate component can be used as a stand-alone unit or pre-assembled as a monolithic board. It can be flexible for use in unit curtain wall system and prefabricated building system.

The primary condition of building is safety. We have conducted a comprehensive test for the safety of Sinest unit curtain wall. The results prove that all aspects of its performance, such as mechanical properties, seismic performance, weather resistance, etc., exceed the national civil building standards.

After comprehensive detection, experiment and test, Analysis shows that:

(1)Compared to traditional external steel keel structure, Sinest unit curtain wall increase the bearing capacity by several times in mechanics, and the total weight is reduced by more than 1/3. Under gradually increasing the shock of 7, 8, and 9 degrees impact force, the main body of the building and the Sinest unit curtain wall structure are all safe and complete in the two application building systems. The results show that the superiority of its seismic resistance is outstanding.

(2) In terms of building energy saving, When a Sinest board is combined with a steel structure as a wall application, and the total thickness of the wallboard is 150mm or more, its overall heat transfer coefficient can reach the highest energy-saving standard in the country(0.35W/(㎡•K)). The results show that its energy saving effect is notable.

(3) In terms of sound insulation, Sinest board itself has good sound insulation performance. Its sound insulation indicators can reach the level 1 of international ISO standards.

In addition, Sinest unit curtain wall also has huge advantages in the following areas.

(4) Good processability and inclusiveness. Its honeycomb structure has good inclusiveness to binder, and similar expansion coefficient with steel structure, so that can achieve very good strength.

(5) Extremely high fire performance. In existing building materials, Sinest board has the highest fire performance. Its fireproof capacity is about 10 to 30 times that of existing external wall inorganic heat preservation materials (such as foam glass). And refractory temperature can be up to 700℃ and with no deformation.

(6) Higher life cycle. Sinest board has the same level of corrosion resistance as acid-resistant bricks. The Sinest member formed by the combination with the steel structure is not damaged after 50 freeze-thaw cycles. This is impossible to achieve with other building materials and also determines its relatively high life cycle.
