Our company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R & D, design and manufacture of glass deep processing equipment and building glass. We have seven holding subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies in Luoyang, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan, Zhuhai and the United States. The following are as follows:

All the trademarks of Luoyang North Glass Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as NorthGlass) are registered and protected by law. “NorthGlass”Chinese & English names and trademarks were recognized as well-known trademarks in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on July 28^th, 2017. NorthGlass is a high-tech company, engaged in the development, design and manufacture of deep processing equipment and architectural glass, with holding subsidiaries and subsidiaries in Luoyang, Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan, Zhuhai and the United States as follows:

Recently, some companies and individuals illegally used NorthGlass trademarks on their products similar to ours and their own company names without our permission, which has caused some customers to be interfered by the copycat companies in the products selection and great damage to their interests. It has brought unpredictable adverse impact and major economic losses to NorthGlass reputation.

In order to avoid losses to our customers and protect the rights and interests of NorthGlass and our customers, hereby we solemnly declares:

1. All those who illegally use “NorthGlass” trademarks without our permission shall immediately stop the infringement;

2. We will investigate the legal liability of e-commerce operators who infringe“NorthGlass” trademark right and publish false information  according to law;

3. The company who has registered “NorthGlass”trademark as the company name without our permission please change the registration immediately. In case of malicious registration of “NorthGlass” Chinese & English names and trademarks, please withdraw the application immediately. Otherwise, we will investigate the legal liability according to law.
